In the event that you have a dispute with one or more members of the PWL website, you release PWL from claims, demands & damages of every kind & nature arising out of such a dispute.
Emails
PWL sends various emails to members regarding buyer & seller alerts, registrations, cancellations, etc. From time to time you may also receive emails from PWL notifying you of news, promotions or updates. You must notify us if you want to stop receiving emails from us.
Breaching Terms & Conditions
We may, in our sole discretion, immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership if:
* We are unable to authenticate or verify any information that you provide.
* You breach these terms & conditions or the privacy policy.
* We believe that your actions may cause legal liability to you, PWL members or us.
Indemnity
In the event that you have a dispute with one or more members of the PWL website, you release PWL from any claims, demands & damages of every kind & nature arising out of such a dispute.
